The place is really beautiful and it is easy to reach. You have all the options available for preparing your wedding, either inside or outside, depending on the weather. We got married the 9th of June 2013 and in spite of expecting a very warm weather, we had 20 degrees of temperature. So, it was great for serving the appetizers outside.
The quality and the quantity of the appetizers have highlighted among our guests, a high quality Spanish ham as the prawns and the final dessert. However, as is often in every wedding, the people were full and some guests just could taste a little bit.
Last but the most important thing for me, because I´m an observer and also perfectionist in everything that I can, I didn´t want to have young people who wear an uniform the weekends and work for 30 euros and are exploited. I wanted professionals, serious, hard working and responsible people. I found everything that I want there, there wasn´t any incident in any table and finally everything was perfect.
The Tierra Blanca´s maitre is called Paco and he is a clear person. It is easily observable that he is a professional as there had been few of them in the sector, apart from being responsible and always paying attention to everything.
